Sales Support/ Customer Care


Main responsibilities

  • On a day-to-day basis, take ownership of the online customer acquisition process for SignHere;
    • Manage the SignHere mailbox;
    • Manage the end-to-end process with regards to the request for information brochures and the activation of demo accounts;
    • Answer to customer specific questions in relation to SignHere (telephone and e-mail);
    • Log all customer activities and sales activities in a CRM system.
  • Handle inbound support calls;
  • Support marketing campaigns with outbound sales calls;
  • Managing orders from intake to invoice in close cooperation with the finance team and the customer support team of Isabel Group;
  • Support marketing with the setup of new marketing campaigns;
  • Provide customer feedback to product marketing about customer experience and product related questions/remarks;
  • Secure and plan customer meeting for the Business Development Manager;
  • Prepare weekly reporting.


About you

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales support / tele sales role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Teamleader or similar CRM system is a plus
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English (written and verbal)
  • Team player
  • Eager to learn new technologies
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
